Bluetooth 3.0 introduced an Enhanced Data Rate mode which allowed higher throughput for faster file transfers between devices. Using a technique called AMP, compatible Bluetooth 3.0 radios could establish device-to-device 802.11 Wi-Fi connections for transfer speeds up to 24 Mbps. The basic rate for Bluetooth file transfers is only 721.2 Kbps.

Bluetooth 4.0 adds another layer to Bluetooth functionality and introduces low energy (LE) mode, which consumes only a fraction of the power that classic Bluetooth does, enabling a lifespan for devices comparable to active RFID. The Bluetooth Special Interest Group says devices powered by single button-cell batteries can operate for more than a year without recharging.

Suddenly, I feel like blogging, but I don't know why.

This few days damn boring. Ever since the end of school, I find that modding phone is not that fun as what I thought to be. Lots of very difficult stuff. Today, I am finally going back to revising my flash stuff. I can still remember last time when I go comp club see see. See them use Macromedia Flash. So cool and I decided to try out but after awhile give up already. Now, I've decided to be more serious in what I do.

I didn't realise that my laptop is so messed up until this few days when I had nothing to do. So many files and softwares. From Fontlab Studio to FontCreator, Flash MX, Photoscape, Asiafont Studio and even chinese program such as chinese phone hacking tools and a chinese reader software.(For translating the words in the chinese program to english) Lol. I went to such an extinct just to mod my phone. But now, it's time to pause my modding.

Well, maybe not, Flash MX can be used to make flash themes and flash menus. So maybe I can try making myself a nice flash mennu. I might be going back to learning database stuff like MySQL and Visual C++, which I last time used for making MapleStory private server.

So basically, some of the stuff I plan to do from now on:
-Learn C++
-Learn flash
-Play Hacker Revolution Untold during relaxing time
-Go friend house do homework

Edit: Forget to tell you all. I have an ultimate way to login to your computer and change your password. Whether I know your password or not, it makes no difference. I can still change your password without you telling me what is the password. Seems like my skills have increase alot.

I hate it when people ask me: "What keyword to use in google?"
Why can't people use abit of common sense. If you want to search for "Updates", all you have to do is just type "Updates" in the google search. It's so easy and yet I don't understand why some people still don't know how to use google.

Example
Let's say you want to find updates for Windows 7. All you have to do is type "Updates for Windows 7" and whole list of things related to it will popup.

You search for softwares but couldn't find any free ones. All you have to do is add a magical word in front of the keyword. The magical keyword "free". Eg."Free video converter"

Such simple things, you don't need people to teach you. Just use your common sense to figure it out.

Finally done with my laptop and desktop. Been busy "playing" with my laptop, restoring and partitioning stuff. And my laptop is now Windows 7, don't have to use the crappy and ugly Windows Xp anymore. Even if there is anything wrong with Windows 7, I can still restore back to factory Windows Xp state. Hehe.

Some things/lesson I learnt from "playing" with partition and laptop stuff:
-How to restore and backup partition.
-How to find the hidden 'Restore' partition in computer.
-How to modify WMP 12.
-Always arrange your stuff properly or else very hard to backup your stuff.
-Don't panic if you do anything wrong, just rollback to previous state.
-Don't judge a book by it's cover. Nothing is hard to accomplish.
-Google is your only best friend. Use it to solve your problems.

Ok so our eyes are electric (i didn't know that before :huh: ), the eye is positive at the cornea and negative at the retina. As the eyes move, the potential around it changes, and these changes can be used to control things, and NTT Docomo is using this to allow us control our MP3 players. The "Eye-Controlled Earphones" have electrodes outside of the buds. Which are called EOG (electroculograms), they detect tiny difference in the electrical potential of the eyes as they move.

To play/pause the track, you look left then right. To skip, look either left or right twice in succession, returning to the center each time. And for volume, you rotate your gaze clockwise or counterclockwise.

I have no idea how much practical these are going to be.

A joint project from Microsoft Research and the University of California brings us another touchscreen, mutitouch table-top computing experience. Like a larger version of Surface, the Pictionaire, as it’s called, is also operated via human touch using gestures made on the table’s surface.

However, unlike Surface, the camera used features a higher resolution - and it’s positioned above the computer’s screen, via a mount on the ceiling. With this setup, the camera can “see” the items placed on the table and when the item is removed, it can be replaced with a digital version.

For example, if you place a keyboard on the table, the Pictionaire will pull up a text-entry box. If you place a sketchbook on the table, a digital version of the page soon appears. You can even do this process in reverse – the Pictionaire can project a digitized image onto the real life object, like the digital sketchpad image projected onto a piece of paper so you can trace it back onto the physical page.

This footage is real time game play vs real life. GT5 usages PS3 80 percent of the power. It was also revealed that Yamauchi wanted around 700 cars for Gran Turismo 5 but that would be quite impossible because making the designs alone would take them five years. To compensate, the game developer added that players will be able to download more cars in the future. One of the future upgrades will concern realistic crash damage with each body panel of each car modeled separately, intact and crumpled and with the resulting changes in light and shadow.

Today marked the official unveiling of the Sony Ericsson Vivaz, an 8-megapixel camera handset with HD video recording and a tapered design apparently built upon the idea of ‘human curvature’. Brought forward from an April release to roll out alongside the Android-powered XPERIA X10 in March for a dual flagship launch, both handsets are a big deal for Sony Ericsson.

The Vivaz focusses on bringing the best of communication entertainment, with media player and easy access to social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.

Sony Ericsson are reportedly spending in the region of £4 million to increase awareness of the pair in the UK, with a combination of print, TV and billboard advertising on the way to raise their profile in the coming months. The Vivaz will be pushed to the youth as an fun-filled device, whilst the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 will be pitched as a connectivity powerhouse, showing off their customised revamp of Google’s Android operating system.

With the Satio and Aino attracting some negative feedback upon their respective launches, these new Sony Erisson phones are sure to mark a change in direction for the manufacturer in 2010.

Google opened up a YouTube area on its product ideas website a few days ago, so that people could submit their ideas about how to improve YouTube.

The top voted idea was adding support for HTML5 video and ditching Flash, which had twice as many votes as the second highest item. Soon enough, similar HTML5 video suggestions popped up, and nine out of ten top ideas were about HTML5 video.

Google has now given an official response, and is hinting that support for HTML5 video may indeed come:

"We've heard a lot of feedback around supporting HTML5 and are working hard to meet your request, so stay tuned. We'll be following up when we have more information. We're answering this idea now because there are so many similar HTML5 ideas and we want to give other ideas a chance to be seen."

A new group of Windows Live Messenger Wave 4 screenshots have been revealed by livesuno.net
Windows Live team has improved the Windows 7 taskbar integration, adding in quick status markers for online, offline away and sign-out.

Windows Live Messenger Wave 4 will come with tabbed conversations, much the same way Internet Explorer 8 works. Other noticeable changes are the "X" close button at the bottom of user's messenger windows, possibly allowing users to hide the advertisement.

Other changes are in the "Select an Emoticon" menu, with a rearrangement of icons with Winks now included. The sharing photos feature has been updated to share your photo albums online and search for photos online with your contact, using Bing images.

Windows Live Messenger Wave 4 will also allow Twitter, Facebook and blog posts directly in your contact list.

Imitation may be the sincerest form of flattery, but blatant theft of code, design, and UI elements is just not cool, especially when the infringing party is the biggest software company in the world. Yes, we’re talking about Microsoft. Blerg.

* Microsoft China officially launched its own microblogging service, MSN Juku/Hompy/Mclub, some time in November, 2009.
* The service’s design and UI is by and large an EXACT copy of Plurk’s innovative left-right timeline scrolling navigation system. (see screen captures below)
* Some 80% of the client and product codebase appears to be stolen directly from Plurk! (see evidence below).
* Plurk was never approached nor collaborated in any capacity with MS on this service.
* As a young startup, we’re stunned, shocked, and unsure what to do next and need your support and suggestions.

We were first tipped off by high profile bloggers and Taiwanese users of our community that Microsoft had just launched a new Chinese microblogging service that looked eerily similar to Plurk. Back from testing a new OS.

Just now tested Google's Chrome OS. It seems more like Google Chrome browser, rather than an OS. Nothing much to do in the OS. Only can surf web and all those stuff that you can do (just like in the Chrome browser).

I lazy take screenshot. So here's some that I got from other sites. Nothing much to see.

Back from arcade and movie. If only, time won't pass so fast....

Today my dream come true. I happy and also sad. Happy because my dream can come true. Sad because I go 3E5. Only 4 people go 3E5 i think. Hafeez, Mavis, me and one person forgot who. Haziq and oyster so good lor. Can go 3E4 together. Malcolm and Ron also good. Both go 3E2 together. Lol. They both same name, same birthday, same class position and now they same class.

Seems like many people go 3E1 and 3E3. Both got more than 9 people. Haiz. I dreamt that Haziq and oyster same class (3E4). Malcolm and Ron same class (3E2) and me 3E5. I also dream that very few people go 3E5. Now really come true. Ahhhhh~~~!! I don't want! But atleast the class don't have Dnt and history. If got history, I sure get F9. But sad....got geography. Hope I don't see the same geography teacher again. Hate her.

My car in Wangan Midnight finally reach 660hp. From 500hp play till 660hp. My drifting skills also improve. Got once, I win when racing against 720hp car. Total me, Haziq and oyster spend about $60+. they all use my card, which I just buy from timezone. Play till so shiok. We also got earn some money. (Not some....actually is quite alot. Hehe. Won't tell u how we earn it.)

Movie....we watch "My Girlfriend is an agent". Damn funny and nice. They even film the show at a WolfTeam exhibition i think. Sometime to do with WolfTeam. I can still remember, the people shooting fake bullet. Lol!

Haiz....if only time is like a video. If only time can be paused, rewind, stop, fast forward. I don't even know if I can get to play arcade like I used to.

Finally changed skin. Now holiday so bored. Nothing do. Going to make a raid unit soon. Still haven't decided on raid name and description. I feel like playing Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune for whole day. So fun. Better than staying at home doing nothing.

The launch date for the eagerly anticipated Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 has been confirmed to be February 10th 2010 by the Official SE E-Store. Wooohooo!!! Im back.

Just now reformated my comp and installed Windows 7. The features damn cool and the requirements actually quite low. I saw on internet, don't know what site, they say they tested Windows 7 on 256ram only. But still can work sia, with aero somemore. I think it's the best OS till now.

Oooh. Found this cool phone fact at a forum.

Hello, you might already know this, but I found out that it's possible to call 911 without a SIM-card. That means, you should be able to make free phone calls if you could get into the phone program. But you could also be traced.. even if the SIM-card is not in the phone.
Kinda scary.

The government is also able to listen trough your phone-mic, even if the phone is not turned on. So make sure your battery is not inserted if you are doing something god has forbidden.

Scary...so don't try to prank call police. Lol

Solution is to delete cookies, history, website data all that. For those who don't know, look below for help.
Check the steps below for the browser u use.

Internet Explorer 7 (IE7)
1. Open Internet Explorer and go to Tools.
2. Click "Delete Browsing History...".
3. Click "Delete cookies..." and "Delete files..."
4. Close Internet Explorer, then open again.

Mozilla Firefox 3 (FF3)
1. Open Firefox and go to Tools.
2. Click "Clear Recent History".
3. Tick those option you want to delete. (If you don't know which, then just clear everything.)
4. Cloe Firefox, then open again.

Wee!

Currently listen to Beat It by Michael Jackson. Haven't eat yet, but bathe already. Michael Jackson song suddenly so famous after he die. I don't even know this song when he was alive. This song got 1.6mil views on youtube. Mad.

Today Orienteering damn fun! At first, i tot it is damn tiring like 2.4km run, somemore i got cough. But in the end, my cough gone, and im NOT even TIRED at all! Damn fun.

Today after school, went to WenXuan house(together with Darrel and Zhikai) because he never bring his uniform along to school. Went there, ate there, change there. Ate prawn dumplings(think so) and nuggets and drink green tea. Although so little, I still dun feel hungry and until now, which is already 7.40pm, i still not hungry.

Took bus to Expo, but was abit late. At least better than the other 10+ people. Waited at the gathering point for the rest to come. After 15mins, a gang of our own cadets came out of mrt. Look like ahbeng like that. All walk like haolian like that. Walked to starting point after that.

Skip skip skip. Lazy type, you all lazy read also. So there are 5 groups in total. My group consists of me, ZhiKai, JiaWen and one malay guy(forgot who). Plot on the map. After 10mins, we line up before the start line. Count of 3, we all run.

Went first point, but second point took very long. Zhikai don't know how to read map...in the end lead us far from the point. And i went to the rescue, but....reach that place already, cant find the fking piece of paper.

Blablabla.....reached don't know which point already but no end yet. And then, something bad happen. I want go toilet badly! Drank finish my water. But sad thing is can't go toilet, even if can, there is not even a toilet nearby. All trees, grass and industrial buildings, very very few cars. So i just tolerate. Thinking of finding wolf in the surroundings. Thinking of wolf soul, spirit, mind. That helps me to forget about peeing.

Blablabla...............finally complete the orienteering but came in 2nd for timing. But overall we fail, got last. Because we FORGOT TO WRITE THE DAMN CODE!!! We don't even know about it, and the specs following us, never even explain to us! If we know that we need to write the code, and ZhiKai never lead us to wrong place, we could have gotten 1st and went for the competition. Haiz,Darrel's group won. USM had high expectation of our group, expecting us to win.

Nevermind, what's over is already over. No use crying over spilled milk. Just take this as a lesson. Sad.....): *I want go Orienteering badly!!!!!!!!! Ahhhhh!!!*

Just woke up from sleep. Went to see doctor in morning. My temperature so jumpy. From 37.5 to 37.9, 37.3, 37.7, 37.5

The doctor say i quarantined for 2 days. Haiz, why 2 days only?! I want 5 days or 1 week! Now installing World Of Warcraft. Damn long, it's been 1hr+. Yet, only complete 89%. Hope the game is fun, or else waste my time.

Going to play Warcraft 3 with Malcolm soon. Hehe, we both quarantined. Both got same illness and we play same games together. Lol!

I just experienced a damn scary moment just now. I connected my old phone (to be mod), started loading programs needed and the modding begins. But....the very first step of modding fail! I clicked the "Start" button and it shows an error.

I decided to close the program but it says "Your hp might become corrupted if you close now.". I close anyway and start to on my hp. But got no response at first, after a few seconds, then the hp respond.

I found out my mistake.(actually not my mistake, is the tutorial's mistake) They say need import the file with .ssw format, but the real thing should be .mbn format. Nvm, at least i learn new knowledge now. Never have 100% trust to a tutorial.

I learnt a new computer skill. Hiding files in a picture. Hehe.
Its means that i can hide any file into the picture, like secret agent like that. People won't know about it. When they double click the picture, they are opening the picture only, NOT extract the files. Cool right?

Today
Home econ very fun.
Pair up with Oyster. We mix the ingredients all together.
Vege, onion, tuna, egg. All put together and smash and mix. Mix finish...look like people's vomit.
Spread the mixture on bread and fried it. I help oyster fry it. Shake the frying pan like chief like that. Lol. After that, cook the bread as though it is roti prata.

His bread still ok. Brownish color, look like chocolate. When cooking mine, i secretly added more oil into the pan. Cher give us so little oil. Mine turn out to be blackish. Obama style of Kopi bread. Lol. Quite nice, not bitter at all.
Cook finish. Started washing. I ate the mixture that we purposely left in the bowl. Super nice. My first time eating onion. Lol. Vegetarian wolf.

The cher so strict. Even a tiny spot of water also want us to clean. =.=" Saw many people's bread look like angmoh. All white color, like the cher's face like that. Only mine and oyster are the odd one out. Obama style!

This, last picture, is taken at night in a completely dark room. Can't even see a single thing, but the picture looks as though got light. The flash so bright.

Walkman skin edited by me. Instead of normal black orange walkman, i edited it to become Transformers design. I added it to the transformers theme, to make it one full set. Anybody want me help you edit? Don't worry, no risk. If it's risky, i won't be doing it on my new hp.

I think im back to blogging again. But once in a week or so. Let's start with yesterday.

Yesterday
Morning tuition. After tuition, eat. After that, went to cut hair at people house.
Finish already, went to the handphone shop at Tmart there. But became angry because of some reason. So i cycle madly home, was raining lightly.
After about half an hour after i reach home, my dad brought me to Singtel shop at T1. Sign up for new contract and bought phone. W995!
Wee! So cool, compared to my old W700. So far only have 4 phones. First is the old black white nokia. Second is Sony Ericsson W810, but unlucky, drop few times spoil. Third is W700, use for 4yrs already(think so). Now is W995.
Took 1hr+ to transfer 2000+ files from my old phone to new one.

Today
After school, decided to follow Malcolm as i don't want so early go home. He need to do Chinese project. Went his house first as Vernon wanted to view the Maple hack in Malcolm computer.
Waited till 3pm before Vernon finally stop playing. Me, Malcolm and Tzk on the "New Divide" song. Using 3 phones, but in the end all mixed up although same time start.

3pm...started walking to cow's house. Then, don't know who sms Tzk, asking him to buy milkshake. So we 3 went to buy. After buying, we enter the condo, but can't find the way because of wrong blk. =.="

I helped Candy's group to take video using Cow's camera. Need retake so many times because Vernon keep fooling around. XinYing's group was discussing while I take the video.

After that, is XinYing's group. Their group funny. I currently can't upload the video. Don;t know what problem. Next time will upload.

Thief steals police alarm, gets busted after pressing it

A thief has stolen a mobile police alarm device, mistaking it for car remote. He continued pressing the button until police officers found him walking around the parking lot, trying to figure out which car the “remote” should unlock.

The thief broke into a nursery school late on Saturday in the Russian city of Novokuznetsk in Siberia, Regions.ru website writes.

He crawled into the building through an open window, and stole a notebook, a video camera and several other things from the principal’s office.

In one of the drawers on the desk he found what he believed to be a car remote controller, and took it with him.

As the robber climbed back out of the window, he looked around and saw no one around. Comforted by his apparent success, he started walking up and down the kindergarten's parking lot, pressing the button on the “car remote” again and again, looking for the car it would unlock.

When the police arrived at the nursery school building several minutes later, they found the robber with a plastic bag full of stolen goods, still at the parking lot.

Meow!

Im now blogging my ideas about how to liven this blog up. Seems quite boring and no people come visit like that.

1. To have a jumbled up sentence at the end of post. This sentence is something like a secret code, but not just any secret. Is my secret. lol.

2. I will start a story, then another person will continue it, followed by the other and other. See if can make the longest and most interesting story.

i am going to decide 2moro. Now need off computer already. Haiz, everyday mom force the whole family go downstairs walk walk. Sometimes play playground or exercise. So boring. But nevermind, im trying to change now. This might be part of what fate has decided.

Wad do u all think of this blogskin? Seems plain n dark to me. But dats how i feel right now. Life is boring and not perfect like what we always want it to be.

You can't always expect the outcome to be what u want, life is never perfect. So r the people. The only way to make yourself happy, when the life u r having right now is not what u want, is to change it. Thats what im doing right now.

Im gona change my life, in order to make myself happy but not perfect. Nothing can be perfect, it can onli be good.

Today no go camp....but i have reasons for it. Not lame reasons like a bustard said. Damn kpkb lo dat bustard...think he very pro like dat. Go camp doesn't mean anything.....it's NOT the same u r fighting ur enemy in battlefield and u winning. Camp=nothing. And...wadever the reason u said, is not the actual reason y i dun wan go camp. Dun talk cork when u duno the truth, and spreading of rumors will NOT make u very pro. U r jus acting like a pro.

Anyway....i lazi list my reasons. Currently having lots of feelings n emotion mixed tgr. I've planned to change myself. Lots of things. Such as my hobbies, interests, games, frens, enemies, like, dislike blablabla. I dun give a damn to wadever nonsense u bustards out there say or make fun about me. The next thing im gona do...is to make those bustards my enemies and get my revenge. Theres law n justice in this world....so dun think u can get away wif bullying ppl.

Currently, i dun regard everybody as my frens nor r they my close ones. Nobody seems to notice me or talk to me. Seems as though im just an invisible spirit wandering around on this earth....rather dan going to hell or heaven. Although some ppl example Engtuck, he seems to be more frenly wif me dan last time, but sometime damn kaobei like dat. Suddenly seem to change into a total enemy....and dan back to very familiar person again.

Ok dats all....i dun think u wan to read on about me anymore. Nobody bothers anyway. Most of u just read and leave, as though my blog seems to be a spirit also. Although i may appear alright or happy on the outside, but deep inside im sad and lonely. U wont know how i feel about this world. Although i may seem happy, but sumtimes i feel like dying on the spot. Feel like leaving this boring, lonely world....so dat i could go to the peaceful and wonderful heaven like the duck in the pond in my previous post.

During free times, not even a single person talk to me or ask me if i wan play poker cards anot. During group work when we were asked to form groups, not even a single person asked me if i wan to join them.....all i had to do was to sit there and wait for the teacher to randomly choose for me. Wad a sad thing....

So does this mean dat wadever touching and caring tags dat u all say at my tagboard is just a lie? I hope not, i dun wan to feel sad about it.

Hehehee!! Today exam results out le.

N i pass all my exams!! Yipee! But idk if History got pass anot. This is the first time i pass all my exam, including the freaking art, chinese and dnt. Can u believe it? I pass my art! I draw rubbish aso can pass. U see my artwork sure laugh like mad de.

My maths....duno paper 1 or 2, 1st question wrong due to careless mistake. Question wan 1 decimal, i no put. If i no careless, can get extra 2 mark, dan can get same mark as Kai Pin (think so).

The history paper, my first page get all correct. The first page that has most difficult question (no teach b4 one i think). I some anyhow guess, some see the option happy dan i put. The dnt i no passup presentation board sia...never even tell cher about it.....and he gave marks to me! Wow. Free marks.

My exam results:
Sci 50/100
English paper 1: 39/60, paper 2: 41/65, Total: 64/100
Geog 65/100
Dnt 50/100
Maths paper 1: 37/40, paper 2: 47/50, Total: 93.3/100

Exam over! Yay!

Damn happy now. Exam over...got freedom! Today art exam was quite funny. I draw a war scene of WW2. But malcolm say it look like modern one...not last time dat type one. It looks something like the pic below. But i edit the war part...created my own funny version.
My drawing consists of:
-The soldier holding gun...aiming(like the one shown above)
-Enemy Castle at right side....(pink color. lol. to make it funny)
-Taxi design Cannon shooting bowling ball instead of cannon ball.
-Broken mango tree
-land mine exploding...(1 person dead. 1 person flying into sky)
-Rapist raping dead boies.
-Soldiers kayaking to enemy base. Lol!
-An unlucky bird....(1 launcher, 1 ammo, 1 bazooka flying towards it, kena caught in 3 direction)

By the way....MapleStory Episode 2 release alrdy. Damn shocked. I last time dream of Maplestory episode 2....dan now come true. But sad some feature that i dream of, not included. Features like 3D, multiple platform, classic minigames, new jobs (like rapist, terrorist, suicide bomber, student...) and many others. But least got some feature i dream of, reali come true.

Wonda wad other dreams will come true. I dream of many crazy things...like me being the king of wolf. Dan i have the 20 legendary wolves. Dan everyday play wif them...bring them along when i go out. Dan i own a car...damn fast de. 3000km/hr speed. Lol. Dan got extra booster at back of car.
